Economic & Social Inclusion
Combining employability service delivery with research and learning, means we have a deep understanding of the challenges excluded people face, and how to overcome them. We believe there are three things that affect economic and social inclusion:
- having a supportive network
- availability of resources and services
- and capability to access those services.
Whether it’s improving English language skills, building confidence, advice with money and debt issues – we provide the support needed to find and sustain work. Then, working alongside our experienced delivery team, our in-house research team explore and share insights about the barriers to economic or social inclusion.
We’re interested in exploring:
- How best to support to people who are long-term unemployed to lead purposeful lives.
- How employment services can address gendered mental health issues.
- How to support migrant and refugee families to integrate.
