All of our services were designed to strengthen communities by challenging the root causes of economic and social exclusion:

Research, learning, training and evaluation – to enable social sector organisations, including charities, funders, local and central government improve their impact on people and places.

Place-based and systemic change – learning resources, a community of practice, and expert support to deliver lasting, equitable change.

Inclusive employment – we empowered jobseekers from marginalised communities and connected them to businesses that want to become more inclusive employers.
