Rohati Chapman

Rohati is an experienced social sector professional with 20+ years’ experience of bringing social change missions to life through partnerships and programmes within a UK and Global Development context.

Rohati brings to Renaisi a wealth of social impact experience ranging from partnerships, programmes delivery, policy, evidence and learning gained from a career that has spanned a range of organisational cultures. She began her career in social research and policy before spending seven years as a Government & Public Sector management consultant at PwC. Rohati returned to the social sector in 2015 and since then has worked as a Consultant and Executive Director for a range of organisations including Youth Business International, Khulisa and the Living Wage Foundation, guiding them to deliver their mission with integrity and impact.

Rohati has several active leadership roles in the social sector, which enable her to bring a strategic, operational and funder perspective to Renaisi’s board. Rohati is the Executive Director for Programmes, Policy and Impact at Carers Trust, and an Independent Trustee at the KPMG Foundation.
