Transitions CIC to transfer into Renaisi
The Transitions London CIC and Renaisi Ltd boards of directors have agreed to transfer the Transitions brand and assets into Renaisi in January 2021.

Transitions provides specialist industry-focused work placements in the engineering, architecture and business services sectors, giving professional refugees access to opportunities with employers including ARUP, Unilever, and National Grid. In the last 10 years Transitions has supported 250 refugee engineers, architects and business services professionals.
The Transitions London CIC and Renaisi Ltd boards of directors agreed to transfer Transitions into Renaisi in January 2021 in order to take their service for refugee professionals and UK employers to the next level of impact.
Transitions Managing Director Sheila Heard said:

More than a safe pair of hands, Renaisi offers Transitions’ candidates and clients additional expertise and the stability to navigate a job market impacted by both Covid and the UK exit from the EU. Their holistic employment services will help develop the model and join the dots to make a more inclusive jobs market benefitting refugees and employers alike.”

The purpose of all Renaisi’s employment programmes is to help people to find and sustain work so they can build a better life for themselves and their family. The Transitions service will complement our existing offer for refugees and migrants and enable us to support refugees at different stages in the employment journey.
