Our Team
Helen Duffy
Helen Duffy joined Renaisi-TSIP as a Senior Consultant in October 2025, bringing 14 years experience in the third sector, research, and higher education across UK and international contexts. She has led strategic and evaluation projects for universities, charities, and community organisations working in the arts, health, and STEM fields. Her work includes developing theories of change, impact and evaluation frameworks, applying mixed methods, and supporting organisations to embed Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practices to strengthen their evidence base.
Through her work, Helen has developed an ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture while navigating complex systems and relational dynamics. She fascinated by power, how it is held, shared, and challenged, and is driven by a desire to understand the conditions that enable meaningful change, recognising that meaningful impact rarely occurs in isolation. Her approach is guided by complexity, nuance, and a commitment to social change. She designs inclusive, participatory evaluation frameworks and learning strategies, and delivers training and capacity-building programmes that centre collaboration and diverse ways of knowing.
Helen has a particular interest in the role of the arts and culture in driving social change and currently serves on the board of a socially engaged arts organisation in the UK. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, running, spending time in nature, and exploring cultural experiences. She has lived and worked in Colombia and Sierra Leone and completed her master’s degree in the Netherlands.
