- A highly motivated and experienced Building Services Engineer
- Over 15 years’ experience in building services and facility management, especially in planning, analytics, decision-making, support, taking ownership and managing projects to delivery for both commercial and residential projects
- Overseeing more than 10 properties in Asian and Europe
- Leading 8 qualified engineers and multi-disciplinary teams
- Managing 30 million / year for CAPEX and projects
- Full membership of professional bodies, including CIPHE,HKIE since 2017
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for leadership and team development
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of Project Management (CDM), risk identification and management and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislative (ASH, COSHH,HACCP)
- Skilled using AutoCAD/Revit/Elevate/E20/MS 365Project
- Carrying out continuing professional development 30 hrs/ year
- A full, clean driving licence
