Sarah Ashworth, TSIP

Sarah joined TSIP in March 2023 as Head of Finance. She started her career in the corporate sector, working in a variety of finance roles, from Audit to Banking to Strategic Planning. More recently, she has worked as Finance Lead for several smaller businesses and spent time in Nairobi volunteering as a Finance Consultant with a non-profit organisation which works with communities to empower girls and young women to take control of their sanitary health.

Sarah led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in a previous role and has a keen interest in ensuring that organisations’ financial policies create an environment that allows every employee to feel secure and succeed.    

Sarah has a degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Durham and is a “Big Four” trained Chartered Accountant.
