Georgina Hammerton, TSIP
Georgina is Associate Director of Consultancy at TSIP. She leads our Evaluation, Research and Learning portfolio and has a strong track record delivering multi-year, complex evaluations and learning partnerships. Georgina has expertise specifically within participatory methods that value and amplify both lived and learnt experiences within research and design. Whilst working at TSIP Georgina has worked with clients such as the GLA and MOPAC and Paul Hamlyn Foundation and City Bridge Foundation. Some examples of her work include partnering with the GLA to map community engagement across London, leading an evaluation for Peabody around regeneration and working with MOPAC to refresh their VAWG strategy through participatory methods. She has extensive experience around producing communications and reports for different audiences, and positioning learning and insights to drive impact in the wider sector and influence policy.
Georgina has a strong track record delivering robust and rigorous literature reviews that drive forward research and place evaluation within specific contexts. She has led literature reviews for clients such as YFF and Impact for Urban Health around topics such as youth self-employment, medical scepticism and health inequalities in vaccination and match funding in philanthropy.
