Eleanor Langdale

I am a Senior Project Manager working across place-based evaluations for projects such as DCMS and the National Lottery Community Fund – Place Based Social Action programme, a collaborative funding programme Local Motion and Local Trust’s Measuring Change programme with two Big Local areas.

My experience & skills

I have worked in social research for three and a half years, carrying out research on a wide range of social and policy issues for organisations in the public and charity sectors. I am experienced in different qualitative methods including rapid literature reviews, extended ethnographic interviews, online communities, focus groups, and deliberative workshops. Before joining Renaisi I worked for two and a half years at BritainThinks, where I worked on many projects that addressed issues affecting low income and excluded people, for clients such as Shelter, Stonewall, and the Welsh Government.

I also hold a BA and MA in African Studies.

Hobbies & interests

Since November 2020 I have volunteered for Citizens Advice Haringey, working on research projects to campaign on local issues including council tax debt collection practices and food needs.

I love trying out different arts and crafts like printmaking and sewing. I also like to swim and spend time cooking with friends.
