Inclusive recruitment services

We match candidates with a wealth of overseas experience and transferable skills to your vacancies and help you set up 6-month paid professional placements. To ensure success we provide in-work support to your new employee and their line manager. Since 2021 95% of those on placement were retained and offered a permanent contract. Mentoring to enhance skills and integration

Volunteer mentors from your business are trained to provide professional guidance to a Renaisi candidate for four months. Mentors gain an understanding of the barriers that must be dismantled for workplaces to be more inclusive and for refugees to feel welcomed. Mentees are supported to realise their professional potential in the UK.

Learning community
