I am the Quality and Compliance Manager, which entails working across all Renaisi’s programmes and ensuring that the programmes are fit for purpose, consistent and meet both external and internal requirements. I liaise with all Programme Managers, Caseworkers and Administrative Staff to ensure that the processes and procedures are implemented and functioning properly. Where appropriate, I advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve contracted quality and compliance standards. I also line manage the Quality Assurance Assistant, and two Administrative Office Managers.
My experience and skills
I have more than 10 years’ experience working within the welfare to work sector, where I started off as an Outreach worker and quickly moved into an Advisor role. I then became a qualified and experienced Trainer and Programme Co-ordinator before working within Compliance.
I am all about meeting new people, I enjoy learning about new cultures and ways of life.
