Yasin Mahmood

I joined Renaisi in February 2023 as Programme Administrator. I will work closely with Andrew Southcott, Admin and Quality Manager and Gerrar Ahmed, Programme Manager to supporting Renaisi’s frontline person-centred projects.

I have years of experience in project administration and HR with high levels of Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) and this role aligns well with my skills and experiences and I am looking forward to contributing to the company’s growth.

My experience

In 2020 I gained my business administrator level 3 qualification with City & Guilds and currently I am studying for a level 4 business administrator professional qualification, which aligns with this role.

Previously I worked at Royal College of Arts as a business officer assisting students from the EU & the middle east to enrol on to the RCA master’s degree programs this role was very fast paced as I had to solve students queries and carry the evaluation of all courses attended by student as well as manage the entire student lifecycle and ensure they were settled in their role with ease.

Before that I worked in Westminster City Council in the Cross River Partnership division where all the projects were funded by the council. In this role, I assisted project managers with the administration of projects ensuring to archive project statistics and budgets into the correct folders for auditing purposes and I also assisted the ’Recruit London’ project in supporting refugees and asylum seekers into sustained jobs and supported with the cv clinic and facilitating assessments for job.

Hobbies & interests

I love to listen to music and learning different languages and cultures. Currently I am further strengthening my Spanish language skills and I’m eager to learn other languages.

I also love to stay fit and healthy. I like going for regular walks and I love exercising in the park.
