Sonia Dominguez

I am an Employment Advisor on the Southwark Works programme. We work with long term unemployed residents and guide them into gaining qualifications and sustainable work. 

My Experience and Skills

Before joining Renaisi, I worked as Employment Advisor in the Restart Scheme, supporting unemployed people to overcome their barriers and find a sustainable job through tailored interventions to meet their needs. 

My strengths are my organisational and planning skills, the ability to work under pressure, on my own and as a part of a team. I’m very friendly and openminded, always looking forward to keep developing my skills and learn from my co-workers. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Alicante (Spain). 

My Interests

I enjoy reading and socialising with my family and friends. I also enjoy travelling abroad and discovering new places in London.
