Gemma Glass MCIH

Gemma is a senior leader in housing with recognised and in-depth knowledge of social inclusion.

Gemma is Head of Financial and Digital Inclusion for Southern Housing and is also to chair of the G15 Cost of Living working group. 

With a specialism in debt and welfare reform, Gemma is passionate about designing services in a way that residents want to use them and creating systemic change for longer-term good.  Gemma began as a Money Advisor in Scotland before moving on to work within some of London largest local authorities, charities and housing associations.  

Beyond financial inclusion, Gemma also has a passion for sustainability and has recently completed a Business Sustainability Leadership course at University of Cambridge and looks to bring this learning to help influence future work in the sector.
