Annais Naylor Guerrero

I’m a Social Researcher at Renaisi, working in the consultancy team. I joined Renaisi in April 2023 and work across a range of projects supporting organisations with research, evaluation, and learning.

Skills and experience

I am a social researcher, a youth worker, and a mentor. Prior to Renaisi, I worked as a research intern at the Young Foundation and in all three capacities across several organisations in South London, namely IRMO and High Trees. My work has had a particular focus on youth/community-led approaches and participatory approaches.

I have a BA in law and social anthropology from SOAS University of London. My dissertation in anthropology was a study of how home-based Latin American food businesses in London build community and belonging.

My interests

I’m a native Spanish-speaker, and on the weekends you can find me on the hunt for the best halal Latin food in London. I love to be active, and I love working with young people and supporting youth sessions in my free time.
