What we do

We deliver employment services and specialist programmes for groups with distinct needs such as refugees, older people, and  those with long-term health conditions.

We work in partnership with a network of local services and specialist organisations that provide complementary services to our customers.

Our services help people to learn, work and connect with their community.

We help people gain the skills they need to land the job they desire. This includes specialist ESOL learning to help refugees and migrants secure employment in the UK and digital skills tailored to the over-50s.

We provide expert one-to-one advice and support to help people who are unemployed get into work. We offer career development plans, work experience, explore self employment, and boost confidence.

We offer opportunities to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and help people to feel connected to their community. This includes social activities, signposting and group work.

Meet the team

Our Employment and Advice services are delivered by multi-skilled teams experienced at working with a diverse range of individuals to achieve their employment goals.

We proactively recruit from the communities of people Renaisi supports, in North, South and East London, which means our friendly advisers are able to build strong relationships because they talk the same language – literally and metaphorically.
