- Experience in developing and scaling projects in large, mature organizations and building the People function from scratch in a technology start-up
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong expertise in managing communication with the business senior leadership team, and other stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering HR service (onboarding, T&D, performance development, retention, people analytics, and reporting, exits) at the highest level
- Along with experience in HR has deep expertise in Recruiting, Talent Brand development, and Operations
