- More than 10 years of experience in supervision & management projects’ construction of different categories of horizontal & vertical expanding building projects during the post contract project life cycle, worked with Architecture Engineering Consultants and acted as their representative in front of client / project developers.
- More than 8 years of experience in project site construction with contracting private companies and top governmental institutions, for the construction of projects with high capacity & complexity functions.
- BSc. Civil Engineering from University of Baghdad, graduated 1997.
- Membership with ICE/ UK, Previous Membership with engineering bodies, UAE Society of Engineers, Iraq Union of engineer as practitioner engineer.
- Skills points / knowledge of dealing with contract management FIDIC, have the knowledge of ECC4, CDM, project planning review and approval, project contract documents review & approval, involve in review and verify the project compatibility with design and specification, HSE and logistic plan, review and approve project contractor submittals of materials, shop drawings, QA/QC plan, liaise with project stakeholders and authorities to provide project NOC’s and approvals.
- Have the capacity of communication and managing projects with big staff, and more than one main contractor & subcontractor.
- Others / driving licence in UK, fluency in English language.
