This Employability Day recruiters are invited to join Renaisi and friends to hear how to think beyond ‘tick box inclusivity’ to attract and retain refugee professionals.

The More Inclusive Recruitment event will include employers and refugee professionals from CPMS and Network Rail, among others, who will share insights on how to access the untapped talent of refugee professionals and build a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Their will be live, anonymous, polling of the audience to benchmark awareness and bust some recruitment myths.

Refugees do not fit neatly into any one of the 9 protected characteristics, which means that they are often disadvantaged in the hiring process. Renaisi’s own research has shown that this is the case even when diversity initiatives are in place.
